Human Ventilator

I was stuck at another hospital during the snowstorm because they did
not have a NICU. I swear I'm jinxed with being on the neonatal
transport team for life.

This is Twin "A"--less stable than his counterpart. We couldn't
transport both in one isolette (incubator) because they both needed
respiratory support. Twin "B" left before "A" did and I was stuck
manually being his breathing support for almost two hours. I was left
with a regular labor nurse and a pediatrician--both with little to no
neonatal experience. I can't say much for myself either since I have
leas than a year experience in this field.

My mac is sick...

Sooo, for awhile now the MacBook hasn't been able to play off the
charger for more than 30minutes. Now, it only lasts no more than 5.
The charger itself isn't awesome either. It has been through hell
since I brought Jasper home two years ago. There's blue tape running
along the cord because he managed to chew it hoping to get a hole
through it. Sweetheart. Also, there's a certain way to charge the
MacBook now. Idk how it's gotten to this. =[

So I have two problems here which might have to be both fixed. I need
a new battery and charger.

1) I can buy both.
2) I can buy JUST the charger and let the mac run off that all the
time.
3) I can do #2 and give it to my parents so they don't have to bother
me for Internet time. AND THENNNN buy myself a new MacBook (pro,
maybe?!) or iMac.

Of course, it's way more practical to just buy a new battery & charger
then call it a day. But it's nice to have new things. Ha!!! I've had this MacBook since 2006!

Redemption..
